Terms and conditions for web SMS
Our terms and conditions detail our responsibly as a service provider and your obligations as a customer, to ensure we all know what we are in for. As our business is clear simple communications we have written our T+C’s in plain English so they are both easy to understand, and to ensure you there are no secret little unknowns. We want everybody to be confident and comfortable.

Service Level Agreements
SMS Central has extremely high standards when it comes to reliability and connectivity of our services, we exist purely to deliver your messages whenever, wherever you need. If we don’t deliver on that promise then how can we work together? So with this in mind SMSC has implemented redundant data centres as well as multiple redundant delivery gateways with Australian Carriers and international carriers to ensure that no matter what is happening around us you can get your message through and continue to communicate effectively. We purposely do not offer 100% uptime guarantee, we know that you won’t believe us anyway. But outside the catastrophic event which removes our Tier 1 geographically spread data-centres AND all of our redundant messaging gateways, (at this point we suggest we all run for cover) we can comfortably say you won’t have any issues with inconsistent outages or access problems!

SMSC works with all types of companies both large and small, handling everything from secure messages from large international companies to regular updates for your local markets. No matter what your business we appreciate that all of your information including message content and all of your contacts are yours and private. Our privacy and security policy is strictly enforced to ensure all of our customers that they are protected from all of the bad things.

We have created a simple to understand Spam act compliance document for an easy reference for SMS marketing; however, if you really want to have some late night reading we also have a link to the full ACMA Spam act. All the fun of messaging aside, SMS Central take the compliance of the Australian Spam act very seriously, we have built our applications to ensure our customers comply with local and international requirements.
