Windows XML Installation Guide:

To use this solution you need to install Microsoft XML on your web server. Ask your hosting provider to install the following Microsoft components. This solution is available for all Microsoft windows environments that support XML;

1.  MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 2 (Microsoft XML Core Services) UPDATED 5 May 2003!
   
   MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 2 (SP2) is a complete replacement of MSXML 4.0 and MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 1 (SP1). MSXML 4.0 SP2 provides a number of security and bug fixes. MSXML 4.0 SP2 does not replace MSXML 3.0.
    

2. Install Microsoft Explorer version 5.5 or higher (see www.microsoft.com/ie)
    

3. Make sure your web server is running one of the following;

   • Windows 2000 and Service Pack 3

   • Windows XP and Service Pack 1 and later

   • Windows Server 2003
