Just letting everyone know VHA is planning a number of maintenance outages to upgrade their network, which will impact any Vodafone customers in your database.

Outages will take place on Monday 16 April, Wednesday 18 April and Saturday 21 April, and will go for 15 minutes.

There will be 2 planned outages in each of these days:

• Outage #1 - 1.30AM to 1.45AM
• Outage #2 - 3.35AM to 3.50AM.

During these periods of outage, all messages to/from Vodafone customers will be lost. So plan your campaigns carefully and make sure they avoid these timeframes (especially when scheduling!).

We have sent all our customers an email with due notice on these outages. If you haven't received it, let us know so we can make sure you are included in our mailing list.
