What I do: It’s my job to lead our amazing team towards our goals – tweaking and steering as we go – and to help them achieve their own goals along the way.


What I Do
I lead a great team of highly technical experts to develop all the tools, features and products that our customers and our business need. It's great because it's always new, it's fast-paced (yep, Agile) and my team and I do it while having lots of fun! It's a tough job, but somebody's gotta do it.
A challenge. Yeah, cliché I know, but as someone who loves technology, being challenged by new and interesting concepts is part of my core. I'll go with another cliché - I also like long walks on the beach (must have wi-fi, or 3G at the very least)
Complacency and Inertia. Those things cause everything to go stale and become boring. Who likes being bored?


What I Do
I focus on providing business grade SMS services to enterprise & government level clients, assisting with day to day communications. I also help them find new and creative ways of maximising the benefits of SMS.

What I Do
I’m involved in drumming up new business for SMS Central. I enjoy working with businesses to help streamline processes and produce excellent customer comms.
Travelling. Football – all kinds, but mainly the one that’s played with just your feet. Hanging out with friends and family, and laughing at my daughters’ antics.
Comments about my thook kiwi accent. Sydney traffic. Red light cameras – don’t ask.

What I Do
I look after level 2 support so in the rare event you run into any issues, I can help you out. I also take care of our support site and internal knowledge base to make sure your queries are answered ASAP if my brain isn't available for picking.


What I Do
I look after the health of our SMS gateways and make sure customers who want to integrate with our API have the proper support to do so.


What I Do
I create new (and constantly improve on) existing portal & API functionality. Working with an agile team to deliver clean, tested code & a bug free product.
New tech, gourmet food, inspiring books & films.

What I Do
I basically try to constantly break SMS Central’s platform to find its defects and report them back to the developers, and making sure they are fixed. It’s my responsibility to maintain standard policies and procedures for the testing processes.

What I Do
I oversee the Finance Operations of SMS Central.
